And even though we never ever ask our crew what they think or need or want anymore and we have cancelled all agreements for good faith bargaining and do not recognise the AOA anymore we do strive to keep our crew informed.
We change our minds weekly on the conditions and benefits we offer our crew but we always promptly inform them of whatever new rules they have to labour under or benefit reductions we have come up with. We are master communicators. We have many many communication channels to inform crew of everything we will require of them. We require no feedback from them ever since we do not consult with them ever.
However we have send each crew member 25 reminders to please fill in the survey on the effectiveness of our company communications.
