The guy at the end of the line is not the one giving directions, so it brings up the uncomfortable position for everyone that is giving orders. Not all military law permits a special military operation person to refuse the order, but it would be interesting to see it play out in a court of law. Makes for a distraction to the Red team, that's worth the candle. It is just the beginning of the legal arguments.
