if you're more than 35 BMI you'll be asked to do a treadmill stress test - Bruce protocol - and you might also need a medical form filled-in by a TRE / TRO sim assessment stating that ones bulk doesn't interfere with the full & free movement of the flight controls and / or you reaching for the landing gear leaver handle)... before an AME in the UAE will issue you with a Class 1 Medical.

Aside: EK won't recruit you if your BMI is more than 30.
