Wizz made a formal statement to investors shortly after the war started that flights to Kyiv would be suspended... so had to honour this for a while. That "while" has presumably now expired so can get away with flogging seats. In the last two months they have been gradually reducing the number of routes to/from Ukraine listed on their website - see wikipedia airport pages for details of what's been dropped
