Why would you normally send a 2-seater with both seats occupied into contested airspace? That seems to be taking OJT a bit too seriously when there are losses accruing. Could there be a bottom-of-the-barrel situation with the SU-25 fleet availability? Still seems cavalier to assume that you don't get to lose 2 pilots instead of 1.
