I do agree that Australia will see an explosion of hiring and already is. But there is only so many aptitude tests one can do.

It also doesn’t help when the other premier carrier has a list as long as Santa’s of pilots they need to recall first.

Hi Lads,

Long time listener, thanks for all the info over the last 2 years, what a sh*t show it has been here. For those playing from home with significant NB Jet experience, been in Aus working for the length of my career and about to make the move.
Atlas and Spirit now taking initial E3 candidates who previously have not worked or held an E3 including many of my colleagues from my former fallen airline. I have the interview next week.

Atlas would require a self funded FAA conversion, Spirit will not (looks as though this will kick off in the next month).

Good news for all, agree more so with the comments above, the water is warm. Jump in.
