Always say no.

I’m an ATC. Renewals are like so in-depth with GCAA. Advise we always give new hires is always tick the no boxes on existing and previous conditions. Especially the sleep apnea.
obviously if your condition affects flight safety get it attended to without company knowing. Do not give them a reason to pull the trigger.
