Could someone familiar with Commutair's EB3 green card offer and process for current E3 pilots give an insight to how (and whether) it works? Specifically what is the financial and time commitment on the company's part, specific criteria and requirements. Once obtained does the EB3 allow the Aussie to work for other companies without restrictions?

Many Aussies have opted into the no-interview flow Aviate program with the condition of obtaining working rights without sponsorship at the time of flow, so if Commutair has an established green card process it would surely make them a top choice for E3 pilots looking for career progression.
