Then perhaps I wasn't as clear as I should have been - I'm sure that the crew in the photo are just wonderful in every way. However I'd suggest that the only "sexist" thing around is Hooters and their recruitment and staff policies, which do little to promote women as anything other than playthings for men. What they are selling is sex, just like a top shelf magazine, no different - soft porn with half wings. If people jump to conclusions about their staff, then those who will be the least surprised are the Hooters marketing department, who actively promote this aspect of the business. For the record, I don't like this aspect of Cabin Crew being "sold" directly to customers, I think it cheapens our profession and unltimately undermines any hope we have of being taken seriously in what we do.
So, I'm not sexist - but if you want to name call, then go right ahead, I can roll with it. BTW the hair question still stands, and I'd be interested to know the answer.
