Be aware you will not get an E3 visa. They are trying to play games and putting people on a lower contract out of Dubai. Don't be fooled and fall for the "I always wanted to fly the 747" thing.
I knocked them back, and I always wanted that as well.

They will promise you the world and the E3, but the contract clearly states once you sign it, anything promised is null and void, and you owe a bond if you try to leave even if you haven't done the type rating yet. You come under UAE law, and you pass through there at any point, then expect to be arrested.

If your happy with a company behaving this way, then be my guest, but you have been warned.

There are waaay better options out there.
what is the DXB contract? Do they assist with commuting?
