I try not to treat anyone like an idiot unless they really earn it, but I still do need to chase up read backs etc. I know all the sayings like world's second best but the bulk of my workmates are just trying to move as much traffic as we can safely and efficiently within the rules. If it's something we are doing specifically at least we can keep an eye out.

The second document says *Beginning January 1, 2020, ADS-B Out equipment may be required in accordance with 14 CFR part 91, section 91.225". Can you tell us what the status quo is in the US is ATM WRT ADSB-in/out?
