I highly recommend Aussie Pilots head across the ditch and fly in the USA. The industry is amazing! There are some negatives of living in the USA but if you don't have a family it will be the best experience of your life and never look back with regrets. You will fly into the busiest airports in the world, experience the craziest weather, become good stick and rudder pilots (if you aren't hand flying to F200 your seen as odd), have overnights in the most interesting places you would never travel to as a tourist and make some good friends along the way (The American's love a good yarn with an Ozzie).
