Ryanair app and website were down for most of the day yesterday due to maintenance, but longer than expected. Eventually when I managed to get onto the app and book a flight (although at a very slow pace), I never received booking confirmation via e mail…maybe related to the maintenance on the system previously…? I never receive a response from them via twitter so I don’t usually bother contacting them anymore.
No neither did I a while back, which puzzled me...They had sent it to my Ryanair account and that was it..Their IT system has been up and down for quite a while now, I suspect some serious problems
