Germany increases defence spending to 2% of GDP and, in addition, commits to spend a capital sum of 100 billion Euro's, Sweden increases defence spending by 40%, Finland announces an increase, France announces an increase. And what do the Tories do?
They continue to disband squadrons, close stations, retire entire fleets, gap capabilities and reduce manpower.
