To be honest, not sure why they need a website - not sure programs of this magnitude depend on how much money is spent on a website! Maybe they've decided to spend website expenditure on meeting prospective clients?
Fair one. Perhaps Ascent should have spent their website budget on a proper MPS from the start too.
