I have some friends who took their FI-rating at Best fly not too long ago. They're really satisfied.
Quite extraordinary that the hangar is located at an old soviet airbase..
Everything is very primitive, but the aircraft safety-standard is fine.
They were flying for at least 4 hours a day.
I would say go for it, it will save you a lot of money and the instructors are nice.

However be aware, not all airlines appreciate candidates who underwent the training at some random cheap flight school in a corrupt country like Hungary. Especially if you're a modular student pilot. Just saying.
There are a lot of shady flight schools in Hungary, so think twice before applying to any school.. You might save money, but safety is more important than anything..
