I have a question regarding the flight school report, i noticed it mentioned that ryanair requires you to get a grade of your overall skill by your HoT. Does anyone know what that means? Is it grade on a scale from 1-10 or is a written statement from my HoT enough as a "grade"? It doesnt really mention that so want to make sure before I send in my papers.

hey Dude, the „grade”, they mean that HoT will provide information about number of attempts to the practical exams. If you passed all for the first time, this information will be enough for recruiters.
