6000 is still too much. With accomodation it will get close to 7000. And yes above that you even have to pay for an online assessment test (probably the same test that all candidates take when applying to Ryanair). I don't see the point for all that.
You should talk to people who have done the mentored programme and get feedback from them instead of assuming nonsensical stuff. Should probably spend some time figuring out how to get through an online assessment.
