If that's a recent photo of TUA it doesn't look too bad, the other one however looks like a lot of hard work (and money). The other problem with aircraft that sit around is knowing what is owed on them before you look at buying, no point acquiring it for a song and then realising it has a lien on it for 3 times its value.
