I'm terribly sorry for having the right of freedom of speech. I didn't know that only those who have passed the assessment can express their opinion. I guess I'm not qualified to give any advice?
Did I say something unreasonable?
I just told him to apply directly to Ryanair instead of paying ~9000 euros just to avoid the online assessment.

I have heard their off the record limit is 39 but it all has to do with the demand. If industry recovers to pre covid levels 100% even older guys will have a chance.
