This is a Joke, They should be ashamed of themselves, trying to find people willing to work for food

For example. looking on the interweb for a EU country busdriver pay
A bus-driver in Denmark makes on avage 3.776,64 Euro pr month yearly 45319 euro. A bus is normally not twin engined, but if the one powerplant fails you life is still not in danger.

Completely agree that 2700 Euros is not a great salary. But like I said for me it would be net and to make 2700 net here I would have to make 4600 Gross, which you only get flying HEMS or offshore. HEMS is getting more difficult to get into cause the big companies run their own cadet/ ab initio programs so less hiring from the outside in the future and already right now tricky to get into.
Offshore requires an EASA-IR which is north of 45- 50 K and no job guaranteed. If you get in, the starting pay is around the 4500 to 5000 Euros mark, also not great for that investment and taxes etc. you will pay for that income. The UK market will be closed off from 2023 onwards so even less chances there.
Onshore in Germany is a f****ng joke and allways has been. Pay is worse than everywhere else, market is shrinking, red tape like you wouldn't believe and people only do it so they can go HEMS at some point, which is going to happen for less and less people in the future

I think if you look at it like a stepping stone for better jobs abroad which require experience offshore/ twin time, it might be an OK thing for some time and some people. For others and long term of course not. I wouldn't consider it if I had to pay taxes on those 2700 Euros. But than again, that Danish Bus Driver pays quite a lot of taxes and social insurance on those 3700 Euros. Like I said, might make some sense for some, for others totally unacceptable.

Bye
