I know of a couple of F/O who are leaving and of some who are thinking about it(silly people
), so they might start hiring again!!
They hire of the steet ,not from subcontractors(we dont really have that many).
they have hired people with 250hr in the past so i would thing 1000hr turboprop would do(but i dont do the hiring)
