Apparently, UN Security Council to convene at Russia's request. They say USA is making chemical weapons inside Ukraine. This from Classic FM news clip 1100 hours. Given 'false flag' stuff, possibly a lead in for Russia to use the stuff in 'retaliation/self defence'.
