I agree wholeheartedly.
Branding pilots of a region as "useless" is just total cr$p.
There are good and bad apples everywhere , we've all seen the varied types.
It takes good knowledge, skills and specially the right attitude (non- technical skills) to make a good candidate and fortunately , airlines are usually pretty good in the vetting process to ensure the right fit for their airline.
All the best guys and gals , things are looking good worldwide for aviation all things considered
