And Flydubai don’t give commands away, or at least they never used to, upgradees have to earn it.
Why would a captain with 5000 hrs from Ryanair doing European ops be better than an f/o upgrading with the same number of hours in the ME, Africa, India, Russia and Europe with flydubai ?

a captain in ryanair doing european ops is useless anyways, i think all europeans are useless in this region. But what i do agree on with the guy you are answering is why do they even open vacancies for Captains and then don’t get in contact with any :/ that is very un-professional.
