Hmmm, dunno. Lavrov for sure has exposed himself too much for being a credible change. But there might be others in the second row whose role was not as prominent who could (more or less credibly) claim to have had no options of interfering. E.g. the 'poor' Secrete Service Guy who was publicly 'schooled' by Putin lately.
