I saw where Ukraine is trying to make the case that Russia isn't a legitimate member of the UN Security Council. Basically, the UN charter specifies the Soviet Union - a collection of 13 states - and when the Soviet Union fell apart, Russia wasn't entitled to unilaterally take its place.
I'm not optimistic that they'll win, but it might be good for some popcorn.
