OUA is on the right lines with the holiday angle - this is still a popular holiday spot, and Asturias is correct to say it's in Germany.
Edited to add: as far as I can make out, the photo is tilted about 45 degrees off North, so what looks like North on the pic is actually about 315 degrees. And when OUA talks of an island or a peninsula, it's actually a bit of both...
A lot of clues there, I fear this won't last long now!
