Open your eyes - Putin is not in Ukraine. Putin is not invading Ukraine, Russia is! The Russian military is slaughtering innocent people, under orders from Putin sure, but they are doing the killing. Putin is not firing rockets - the military is. They are already going out of their way to commit atrocities. Open you eyes and see what is happening m! The world we lived in last week is dead. It has gone forever. A new order is coming no matter how much you might disagree, and we must do our upmost to ensure it preserves humanity.
To do this, we must ensure Russia is crushed, decapitated and utterly subdued. They must never be allowed a military, and must be kept as a vassal of the remainder of the world - they are only a superpower because we allow them to be, and they have proven themselves to be unworthy of any power whatsoever.
Time to change the world order.
The problem with this theory is that Russia already tried that option when the USSR collapsed. Unlike in 1925, when Herbert Hoover arranged a massive and very effective famine relief program for communist Russia, the western world did not help them at all, but rather sent looters in the guise of academic advisers and economic experts.
Life expectancy fell by 5 years between 1990 and 1994, an unprecedented such drop for any industrialized country anywhere. The whole country's people suffered in ways reminiscent of the siege of Leningrad. The kleptocracy that emerged to run Russia today is a direct result.
With that precedent, Russia will never again submit to foreign guidance.
