While I fully sympathise with the crazy situation you are in, and can offer no smart advice for a better solution, are you seriously saying the rest of your career isn't worth £1000? Round figures a week of income for a TP captain, or 4 days for a jet captain?
I mean if you are 64 and 11 months old I understand... But your profile says you are 52 😉
