Bear in mind Easyjet have just announced a plan to recruit 1000 MPLS from CAE in the next 5 years, this does suggest Easyjet will not be recruiting many pilots from other sources as it did in the past. So your options of getting into Easyjet will be limited. We are already seeing Easyjet taking on numbers of MPL cadets even though the EU market has plenty of experienced pilots looking for work. Easyjet seem to only recruit those that will generate revenue for CAE.
