Well I suppose if you have a warehouse full of Sinovac that no-one wants you may as well flog it off to people who don't understand the science. Poor guy thinks he is immune now.
If you look at the SCMP chart which tracks the dosage by number and type, you’ll see that the Sinovac uptake is significantly higher than the Pfizer one.
The mind boggles.
