4-5 year upgrade begs the question as to why you would choose FZ over EK? The draw to the former was always the rapid command. Now it appears similar to EK.
Those that get into FZ in the past have been those who’s CV was never looked at when applying to EK.
If quality exists now then the only ones applying are the desperate who cannot hold out for EK.
