Indeed they do, however judging by the Royal Jordanian attempt to fly a rather wobbly racetrack pattern (I will not call it a hold) while waiting to "cross the gap" would suggest that navigational accuracy is somewhat compromised.

Not to mention the other aircraft transit[ng the airspace north to south suddenly being vectored 90 degrees off track to the West, disappearing of ADSB in the process, on another wobbly effort suggests that the problems were not confined to one aircraft.
