How much have you guys been quoted for an FAA conversion and what's included?

I just got an estimation from a flight school for a ME CPL and IR that with everything it would me somewhere around 12.000$
I told them that I would want some hours in ground school ro review the subjects because I have been out of the aviation industry for some years, took my ATPL written in 2008

Commercial Pilot IR, SEL Conversion
▪ 10 hours ground school
▪ 8 hours pre- and post-flight briefings
▪ 5 hours ALSIM AATD SE
▪ 15 hours Cessna 172 Dual
▪ 10 hours Complex SEL Dual
▪ 1 hour FAA Exam (Aircraft fee-SEL)
▪ 1 hour FAA Exam (Aircraft fee-Complex)

Commercial ME Add-on
▪ 6 hours ground school
▪ 4 hours pre- and post-flight briefings
▪ 5 hours dual AATD ME
▪ 6 hours Dual Piper Seminole ME
▪ 1 hour FAA Exam (Aircraft fee-MEL)

Adding on a CFI Initial Course, Instrument Course and MEI would be total just over 29k (including the conversion).
