Kuwait didn't seem right as I posted it - the grass in the foreground didn't seem likely. My memory of Kuwait is all sand.
Your Air Liban pointer jogged the memory.. I once parked outside those hangars and whilst we unloaded relief supplies (what else at Beirut?) I walked over to the AN-12 parked beside us and had a guided tour from the crew.. If I was at home I think I could find the photos-- with those hangars in the background.
I'll stick with Beirut, though I'll feel a right chump if it isn't.
Meanwhile, loved the Canadian pix.
