Windows update added support for your Vid Card so it loaded the Microsoft Drivers which does not support D3D.

Downoad and install the latest nVidia ForceWare Driver and you will have D3D Support again.

In the nVidia Driver Settings you will find refresh rate overrides so you can set D3D and OpenGL to a refrest rate other than 60Hz.
