The Mods may correct my clarification but my understanding of the 24 hour rule is that you could have nominated Wewak in your original post but that Descol had to wait until 0144 this morning to acknowledge it was correct. - assuming it is correct.
Had someone nominated Wewak between your two posts, again assuming Wewak is correct, that PPRuNer would have been the successful nominator and have control.
