So with the Dart a year late will it be open for its latest planned opening date of early spring so it is open for Easter? Think it might be but the jury is out.
The actual structure at Parkway is complete but the interior and public entrance still needs much work.
The national railway station stairs and escalators are now connected to the Dart station.
Glass barriers and I assume an emergency exist have been put in on the drop off side while the entrance and exit barriers are now installed on the terminal side.
This photo was taken in December and shows a gloomy station, as not much light is given off from the upward facing lights at night. I wonder if eventually supplementary lighting will have to be installed in the future?
The foundations for a new covered walkway for the Dart are being poured.
