Yes I was reading on another forum that they fail to mention the extra £45m that the council has agreed that the airport concessionaire (LLAOL) can keep over the next three years despite the concessionaire refusing all existing payments since 2019 by declaring force majeure.

Income from the council’s airport company has all but dried up since March. The council's proposals include at least 365 jobs going.
