Maybe. But they will make sure to have other options. Be it by having bigger LNG Port facilities to enable more supply via Shipping. And they will put the supply on a broader basis.
I think this will indeed harm Russian Gas sales on a longer Term. Trust is quickly destroyed and only veeeeery slowly restored. Takes many Years/decades.
