Nah. Few years of more expensive fuel and they'll go right back. Buyers want goods as cheap as possible. Result? Manufacture of consumer goods is mostly located in Asia, despite the talks about the need to bring it back for years and years now.
And Russian gas is the cheapest option, or all those pipelines wouldn't be built in the first place.
