I inherited the nickname "Stumblefingers" from John McNally of The Searchers. It was very cruel (to him) because he was a very good rhythm guitarist, but pretty accurate for me! We are about the same age, and are now both playing lead guitar in successful bands. That is another clue to those of you who have already sussed me out.
