There was a really nice photo of an RCAF DHC-3 Otter on floats taxing up to the dock at a Fishing lodge in Northern Quebec / Labrador in the late 50s / early 60s with him in the pilots seat. The RCAF pilot stated that he flew very well, did the float landing with minimal coaching and was a very professional in his actions.
JOKE Of course the RCAF pilot would have probably said that even if the aircraft was upside down and underwater. JOKE OVER
