If you get sick you will be using either your vacation slots or taking an unpaid leave of absence. There is no flow to Vista Jet or XO Jet. You will work hard for that money, up to 6 sectors per day. Can be worked up to midnight on the last day of your swing. Any commuting time back to Australia will be in your time off. From memory, the XL's are not fitted with an APU.
And having looked at VistaJet pre covid even if you could flow into it, its not much to flow into. Better to find a regional that will take the E3 as it has better long term opportunities...
