Hi Portsharbour, I can do both EASA and CAA exams, being able to get both lisences. I found that I was most suited to the atmosphere that surrounds CAE and the way they structure their modules compared to other flight schools I toured like stapleford (for a modular route which really didnt suit me) and skyborne. The theory is identical, so I only have to study different questions banks to adapt to the tests. And being able to get both licenses works well for me, and means I am more flexible for work in the future. They also are one of the few schools that have the option of doing the BSc alongside the course, which I also wanted.
Another reason a UK national might choose the school is if they also have the right to live and work in the EU, and prefer the options found on the continent.
