Great product! We bin sold a pup. It clearly doesn't work very well at all, the evidence is everywhere for all with eyes to see. I say it is ineffective then. I made a mistake, it works but it doesn't.
As for your seatbelts, baaa, a sheep's comparison. Can't you come up with something better than that? By your reckoning, we can put a seat belt on but we still can't drive. Awesome!
