I'm a PNT technologist not a pilot and only comment (occasionally) on technical matters. I used (a very long time ago) to be an FAA qualified Aircraft dispatcher, There was a US PNT Advisory Board (PNTAB) meeting in Washington last week at which Hon. Jeff Shane, IATA Representative & PNTAB Member gave a presentation on recent FCC decisions and implications.
