Unfortunately I donīt have good news. All candidates must be Brazilian citizens and additionally should have a good command of Portuguese... even more if you want to get a job with small domestic operators.
Every year a bunch of pilots from small aviation schools, training centers and universities get their CPL / IFR and ME qualifications. However itīs not easy to get the first job and sometimes (unbelievable, but itīs true) their first chance is a 737 or A320 RH seat, flying for a major carrier. Very luck guys
But nowadays almost all doors have been closed and several pilots from entry-level to highly experienced airline captains are looking for opportunities.
