I wonder? Imagine a few types could be of use at other bases, by various users, rather than the boneyard and have been moved to other places. Hopefully the west will not totally draw down the capability of flying and training on indigenous and lower cost COIN types....or more likely will focus on peer and near-peer conflict for a few years and totally forget the lessons of lower intensity conflict and cheaper COIN type aircraft, MRAP's etc.
